With the way society is set up, it seems like a majority of people are constantly on the go. Productivity is always a good thing, but it is so important to have balance by taking some time to work on YOURSELF. Taking even just a small amount of time each day for reflection and relaxing is so good for your well being. Make some time to take a bath, read, journal, excersize, go on a walk, meditate, or use your creativity. You will never regret giving yourself the time, it is an act of self-compassion.
